Tournament Rules
Welcome to Swoosh Tournaments
Please review the following information carefully. There are mandatory requirements that must be completed before your team is eligible to compete.
Below are important reminders for all Swoosh Tournaments. Please also review the tournament rules package for details on scorekeepers, admissions, and game procedures.
1. Mandatory Team Rosters
Team rosters are mandatory for all Swoosh Tournaments.
If your complete roster is not available at the time of registration, it must be submitted within 14 days of your registration date.
Teams that do not submit their roster within the required 14-day period will be ineligible for:
-
Championship Trophies
-
Individual Awards (MVP, All-Tournament, etc.)
Roster Submission:
Please email your completed team roster to [ROSTER EMAIL ADDRESS].
2. Proof of Age — Mandatory for All Athletes
Proof of age is mandatory for all athletes.
All coaching staff must have proof-of-age documentation available for every athlete on their roster at all times during the tournament.
If an athlete's eligibility is questioned and the coach cannot produce the required documentation at that time, the result will be:
-
Immediate forfeit of the game in question
-
A fine issued to the club
No exceptions will be made.
Please ensure all required documentation is available before tip-off.
3. Tournament Rules
It is the responsibility of the coaching staff to ensure that all players and parents are familiar with the official tournament rules before competition begins.
